Give yourself the gift of space to consciously create your success - intentionally.
Reveal the wisdom you’ve gained on your journey and release everything that’s not yours to hold while paving the way for your dreams, destiny, and ultimately Divine Contribution.
Turn your end-of-year reflection into a portal for clarity, alignment, and transformation.
We’ll take a thorough inventory to Reflect on your 2026 experience so you fully understand where you were actually being guided all year.
We'll use ritual and ceremony (the very same ones I use myself) to Release anything and everything from 2026 that you don't want to carry forward.
You'll identify your primary intention for 2027 through my proprietary process to ensure it manifests and keeps you on your Soul's path.
Move into the new year with
grace, ease, and confidence.
Creating a solid foundation for your coming year begins with releasing anything and everything from 2025 that you don’t want carried forward. You’ll understand the energetic difference between making resolutions, setting goals and creating an intention.
Setting the wrong intention is the primary reason people don’t manifest what they want in their lives. You’ll not only master how to set the most resonant intention for you, you’ll also learn how to amplify your intention so that you can activate it at any moment throughout the year.
A full day experiential retreat filled with magic from start to finish!
Our Attendees Love this Virtual Retreat!
I am so happy you will be doing Intentional Success again this year! Having a window of time uninterrupted to really experience the process of releasing the previous year makes it easier to find my true intention for the next year that is not colored by my trying to avoid something or being influenced by the world outside. Thank you for helping so much, and I love and appreciate you no end!
Jania A., Switzerland
Last year (2018) was the first year I participated in the Intentional Success Retreat and I will certainly participate again this year! I was able to follow the entire retreat which set up my intention for compassion and to continuously return to that intention throughout the year. This opened the door for me to receive many grand messages. Thank you Ronda Renée.

The retreat was easy to join in and the energetic presence of every person coming together and sharing their energy was a gift that has supported my journey of life for the entire year. Thank you!

I was riveted to the event the entire 7-hours+ I could have gone on for a couple hours more.

This last year would have been much less extraordinary and divinely guided had I not received the gift of Ronda's insight and light at its start. There are few people able to invite us 'back' to ourselves in the way Ronda does. And fewer still who undeniably change the way we actually experience ourselves after having spent some time with them. With gratitude and awe (and hopes for another invitation).

Ronda’s Intentional Success Retreat has given me the dedicated time to focus my energy on me and my business and get really clear on what I want for the year. And her forecasts are incredibly insightful. It’s amazing how spot on they are each year!! Her process and coaching are invaluable and will make a huge impact as you design your year. Invest in yourself and her program and you will start the year off on the right foot!
Jean Marie D., US
I have attended the Intentional Success retreat for many years and now I look forward to it each year. It is a wonderful time to really hone in on the experience I want to have in the coming year. The beginning of a new year just wouldn't feel the same without this powerful ritual.

FAQs
Who is this event for?
This event is for anyone who desires to consciously create their life experience in partnership with their Soul. Especially if you’re ready to step out of entertainment spirituality and into practical spirituality. (And if you are a business owner, you’ll be amazed at the impact this can have on your business as well!)
What if I’ve never done intention-setting before?
Perfect! My proven proprietary process is designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you into alignment.
Is this retreat only for business owners?
Not at all. Whether you’re focusing on personal growth, relationships, or career goals, this retreat is for anyone ready to live intentionally.
I’m very busy, why do I need to dedicate an entire day?
How much attention is your future worth? This is a sacred pause for you. In one short day (that will fly by faster than you can imagine!), you’ll create a foundation that supports you all year. Imagine the time, energy, and frustration you’ll save when you know exactly where to focus.
I’ve tried New Year’s Resolutions before, and they didn’t stick.
That’s because most methods don’t honor YOUR soul’s unique path. At this retreat, we guide you to align your intentions with your core purpose, ensuring they’re not only resonant but deeply actionable.
Ronda's yearly retreat does it again. Did some journaling and figured out my intention using your system: it is so powerful! Maybe the most powerful yet. It’s like I unlocked a doorway to myself, limiting beliefs shaking right off me. So freaking cool. Thank you love for doing this year after year!
